EndlessPrep is a study site used mostly by high-school students. We have tried to collect as little as a practice test can work with, and to say plainly what that is.

EndlessPrep is operated by Faunce Systems Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you use endlessprep.com, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Your email address, the name you choose to display, and a password that is stored only as a hash - we cannot read it and cannot tell you what it is. If you tell us which exam you are preparing for and when you sit it, we store that so the site can count down to it.
We also ask your date of birth when you sign up, because we do not accept accounts from children under 13 and we have to check rather than assume. If you are under 13 we do not create an account and we keep nothing you typed. If you are older we keep the date, so that we can show we checked.
The tests and practice sets you take: which questions you were served, what you answered, whether it was right, how your score broke down by skill, and any follow-up questions you asked for. This is the product. It is what lets the site avoid repeating a question you have already seen and show you where you stand.
None. EndlessPrep is free, and we do not ask for a card or any other payment details. If you bought something before the site went free, we keep the record of that purchase - what it was, the amount and a reference number from the payment processor, Stripe - but never your card details, which went to Stripe and not to us.
We count page views so we can tell whether anyone is finding the site. For each one we store the path you asked for, a random identifier kept in a cookie in your browser, and where you came from - either a campaign tag on the link, or the domain name of the site that referred you.
We do not store your IP address, and we do not store your browser's user-agent string. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service. The counter is our own and the data stays on our server.
If you asked to be told when the site opens, we keep your email address and which link brought you, until we have told you, or until you ask us to remove it.

We use a small number of services to run the site. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
That is the whole list. Nothing else on a page comes from anywhere else: no analytics, no advertising, no social buttons, no fonts or scripts loaded from someone else's server. Everything your browser downloads to display this site comes from ours.
You can let a parent, guardian or tutor see your progress, from your account page. Nobody can ask to see it: you make a link, you send it, and whoever opens it and accepts can then see your scores, how each skill is going, and the practice you have done - but not your email address or password, and they cannot change anything. Your account page lists everyone who can see your progress, with their name and email address, and you can stop sharing with any of them at any time. They can also stop on their own.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users from abuse.
Most people preparing for the PSAT/NMSQT® and SAT® are under 18, and some are under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not create an account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has created one, write to [email protected] and we will delete the account and everything attached to it.
If you are between 13 and 18, please read this page with a parent or guardian before creating an account. We never sell student data, never use it for advertising, and never build advertising profiles.
You do not have to ask us. Sign in and go to your account, where you can download everything we hold about you as a file, and delete your account outright. Deleting removes your results, your progress and any purchase history here, permanently and immediately; the record of a payment made before the site went free stays with Stripe, who took it and who keep it for their own accounting.
If you would rather a person did it, or you cannot get into the account, write to [email protected] and we will.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your data. Ask us and we will honor them.
Your account and study history stay until you ask us to delete them. Page-view records are kept only long enough to be useful and are pruned periodically. Records of purchases made before the site went free are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Traffic to the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to the database is limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your data.
If we change what we collect, we will change this page and update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will email account holders rather than rely on you noticing.
