Using EndlessPrep means agreeing to what is on this page. We have tried to write it so that a student can read it, because most of the people agreeing to it are students.

EndlessPrep is operated by Faunce Systems Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and by creating an account you are confirming that you have it. A parent or guardian who lets a minor use the site is agreeing to these terms on their behalf.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person - not a class, not a family, not a tutoring roster. Tell us at [email protected] if you think somebody else is using it.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the site, to share access, or to copy our questions.
EndlessPrep is free. Once you have confirmed your email address, your account has unlimited full-length practice tests, follow-up questions and custom practice, for as long as you use it. We do not ask for a card and there is nothing to buy.
Our questions are generated from templates we wrote. They are not real exam questions and are not taken from any official test. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the College Board. SAT® and PSAT/NMSQT® are registered trademarks of the College Board.
We do not promise a score. Practice helps, and the site is built to help it help more, but no study product can guarantee a result on a real exam and we do not.
You keep what you write. Everything else on the site - the questions, the explanations, the code, the name and the logo - is ours.
We add questions, change how things look, and occasionally remove things that are not working. We may take the site down for maintenance.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be free of mistakes, or always be right - our questions are written by people and people make errors. Tell us and we will fix them.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Faunce Systems Enterprises LLC is registered, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
If we change them we will update the date at the top, and we will email account holders about anything significant rather than rely on you noticing.
